We offer multi-day sightseeing tour services. Availability is requested through the website and confirmed by us in accordance with the selected itinerary and dates.

• Availability requests: submitting a request does not guarantee availability.
• Booking confirmation: a booking becomes effective only after we confirm it to you.
• Service characteristics: key characteristics of the tour, including itinerary, duration, meeting details (where applicable), and inclusions/exclusions, are provided during the booking process.

3. Pricing, Availability, and Disclosures

Prices are shown on the website at the time of booking request/confirmation. Availability may be limited. We may update tour information (such as schedules) when needed, but will not materially change the booked tour without your agreement.

4. Payment and Provider Information (Ukraine)

When concluding a distance contract for tour services in Ukraine, before you place an order we provide the required consumer information in an easy-to-understand form, including the seller/provider identity and key service characteristics, as required by:

Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce” (№ 675-VIII), Article 7; Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” (№ 3153-IX), Article 6, Article 13, Article 17.

If you place a booking for multi-day sightseeing tours, the contract is concluded between you and the seller/provider above.

5. Cancellations and Refunds (Basics)

Cancellation terms may depend on the selected itinerary and booking timing. If applicable, the website booking step will show the relevant cancellation/refund rules for your selected tour.

If you cancel, we will process any eligible refunds according to the rules stated for the booked tour and in accordance with applicable Ukrainian consumer protection requirements for distance contracts.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zintechsystems.com will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or booking of services. We remain responsible for damage caused by our fault where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability. We may temporarily suspend or limit access for maintenance, updates, or security reasons.
